Modo has revealed that its brand ECO Ocean has won the A’DESIGN Award in the sustainable products, projects and green design category. The company describes the win as confirmation that Eco Ocean is a statement for their ECO-chic approach to eyewear, creating frames with a distinct look, a fresh feel and a clear identity. The collections are described as “sustainable with no compromises in terms of style, not only reducing our impact on the planet by using sustainable materials, but in this case using a material that effectively cleans the oceans.”The award is the third award for ECO who won an IF Gold Award in 2020 for the Recycled Metal collection and its magnetic sun clip-ons, as well as the German Design Award 2021.
