Exhibitors: what's new

A tailored experience of colour and texture at Italia Independent

Italia Independent unveil the A/W25 eyewear collection, comprising 9 optical styles and 8 sunglasses, for a total of 54 variants.

The collection is crafted primarily in the brand’s signature materials: acetate and stainless steel, combined to enhance both form and function.
This season, the House of Modo creative team continues its exploration of human nature —initiated with the S/S25 collection—placing emphasis on sensory and tactile experience. Drawing inspiration from the world of textiles, the collection echoes the refined elegance of tailoring: checks, herringbone, silk textures, and vibrant bandana prints infuse each product family.
A tribute to tailoring, the ‘Sartorialist’ collection reimagines the textures and colours of classic menswear fabrics. From vibrant herringbone to bold checks and silky finishes, each frame channels the heritage of traditional patterns through a contemporary lens—embracing bright yellow, rich reds, and cool blues. The three-dimensional logo stands out against the acetate for a statement finish. The construction is reminiscent of vintage eyewear with fresh modern lines.
In the ‘Teddy’ series, tactility takes centre stage. The iconic frame shapes are wrapped in a soft, teddy-bear-effect coating, transforming the eyewear into a unique sensory experience and featuring bold, intense, and original colours to highlight the unique character of each design.
The A/W25 collection is unveiled via the campaign and a new chapter of ‘The Independents On The Road’ project: a journey that celebrates the richness and diversity of Italian cities through the stories of authentic, creative and independent personalities. ‘The Independents’ are artists and creators who live far from the spotlight but express themselves with courage and authenticity, the company says.
