La fusione porterà ad un'accelerazione dello sviluppo di entrambe le aziende, permettendo al gruppo di diventare protagonista nel mercato del design indipendente ProDesign International A/S e Architectures SAS (creatori dei marchi FACE à FACE e WOOW) hanno annunciato pochi giorni fa la fusione delle loro aziende sotto l'egida della società d'investimento danese Erhvervsinvest. I fondatori di ARCHITECTURES, Pascal Jaulent e Nadine Roth, diventeranno azionisti della nuova società e rimarranno alla guida di Architectures.   La fusione di queste due aziende, indipendenti ma complementari grazie alle posizioni di mercato e all'organizzazione, e la sinergia dei loro assetti porterà ad un'accelerazione dello sviluppo di entrambe, permettendo all'intero gruppo di diventare protagonista nel mercato del design indipendente.   ProDesign International A/S e Architectures SAS, che realizzano vendite rispettivamente del 95% e dell'85% sui mercati esteri, stanno entrambi vivendo un periodo di forte crescita.
