Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and request the permanent deletion of all data associated with your profile, you can send a request to our team.

To proceed with the deletion of your account, send an email to the following address: privacy@mido.it.

Please include the following in your message:

• Your first and last name
• The email address used for registration
• An explicit request to delete your account

Once we receive your request, our team will delete your account within the time frame required by current legislation.
You will receive confirmation by e-mail once the operation is complete.

PLEASE NOTE! Account deletion is final and irreversible.
All associated data will be permanently removed, except where legally required to be retained.
