Rossodoge unveils the new “Leone” collection
The Rossodoge collection was created with the aim of bringing together the multi-materiality and diverse technical expertise of the companies in the VeneVision group.
Rossodoge is positioned as a luxury eyewear brand for men, combining craftsmanship, technology and a history linked to the Italian territory, divided into two families: Marco Polo and Tiziano.
The novelty we are presenting at Mido 26 is the introduction of a new line, Leone, and the completion of the two existing families.
Like the other families, Leone is inspired by the Veneto region, in particular Venetian architecture. The logo clearly echoes the design of the Rialto Bridge, the most famous and symbolic bridge in the city of Venice. The cusp at the top of the bridge is also reflected in the detail of the temple of each pair of glasses, reaching its peak in the Tiziano family with the combination of different materials such as ERGAL 7075 aluminium.
From Galileo Galilei to Canova, via Tiziano and Marco Polo (after whom the two current families are named), the new Rossodoge collection, Leone, is aimed at the new digital nomad (aged 25-30): free, constantly on the move, cosmopolitan, independent and in search of novelty.
The collection appeals to a new generation of style-conscious young people: those who appreciate meticulous design and lasting quality without the price tag of traditional luxury. These are elegant glasses, specially designed to accompany a life on the move. The new, lighter and younger design is suited to the fast-paced, constantly changing lives of the target audience that inspired it. Young “digital nomads” embody these qualities: they choose unconventional paths, build their careers regardless of location and move confidently around the world.
Finally, a reference to the territory: the lion of Venice, recalling the brand's origins. This is how the Leone collection creates a fascinating dialogue between a symbol rooted in Italian history (Venice and the Lion of St. Mark) and a generation without fixed roots, but connected everywhere.
