Evonik’s TROGAMID® eCO product family is a series of high-purity microcrystalline polyamides used in the optical industry for more than 20 years. Specially optimized for clarity and superior durability, the product is made with 100% sustainable energy. Additionally, the eCO designation, which stands for “eliminate CO2,” is used on variants where up to 100% of the fossil feedstock used in production has been replaced with biomass, using an internationally certified, mass-balance approach.
