
Iceberg by Allison at Mido
The Gilmar Group and Allison signed a partnership for the creation and development of a new exclusive Iceberg eyewear Collection. The new Collection, entirely dedicated to eyeglasses, is shown now at the Mido, while the sunglasses Collection will debute in Paris next October.
'This new agreement is very stimulating', says Silvio Vecellio Reane, President of Allison, 'first of all because it represents the consolidation of Allison's development strategy in fashion eyewear through the research and expansion of new projects with high growth potentiality, and also for the wonderful collaboration we have with the Gilmar Group'.
'The first Iceberg eyewear Collection', says Paolo Gerani, managing director of the Gilmar Group, 'born from the collaboration with Allison, confirms the common strategic view about the project and proves Allison's great ability of interpreting the Iceberg philosophy'.
The eyeglasses collection is composed of 33 models, shared between the lines for Men and Women made of either metal or Allison's advanced plastic materials.
Among these, especially the injected and the acetates will be used for the new frames, modern, sparkling, perfect for a young public. The models dedicated to men are more classical in their shapes and colours, with tones ranging from havana to military green, from violet to blue, grey, coffee and plum. Orange, pink and shiny white show up in the line created for women. Bold, clean colours, rarely mixed together, more likely in contrast on the same frame.
The Iceberg logo is dotted with Swarovski strass and ornamental patterns such as the 'cigarette holder' on the front or on the sides, that enrich the whole Collection.
The marketing of the new eyewear line in Italy and abroad will be carried out through Allison's distribution network and also through the Iceberg brand shops.
