Transitions® presents personal training for eyes
Just like any other part of the body, eyes also need care and attention.
Of the 5 senses, sight is what gives us a unique and personal view of the world and allows us to discover, appreciate and enjoy life every day. So it is important to protect our eyes every day and prevent disorders that could affect the health and quality of our sight over time.
For some time now, TRANSITIONS® has promoted an awareness-raising campaign to safeguard eye health and has launched a new way of taking care of it every day with the innovative Vision Wellbeing Training.
Just visit www.benesserevisivotraining.it to access the complete and free training devised specifically for the eyes. There are four different programs for exercising, relaxing and taking care of the eyes so that you can enjoy vision wellbeing now and in the future:
-Eye Care
-Eye Exercises
-Yoga for Eyes
-Spa for Eyes
Every program has a series of exercises for training the eyes, relaxing the eye muscles and helpful advice about relieving tension and strain.
1) Eye Care Program
Today’s lifestyle means that every day our eyes are subjected to stress and unhealthy habits that cause annoying vision disorders. Frequently forced to look at a computer screen for many hours, the number of times we blink is unconsciously reduced by a third (the correct average is 12 times a minute). When we lack the fine layer of tear liquid that hydrates, nourishes and cleans the cornea and removes irritating particles, our eyes are subject to dryness, reddening and burning. The exercises in the Transitions® “Eye Care” program are designed to give the eyes a regenerating pause and help to reduce eye strain. Training also provides useful advice about improving vision quality at work.
2) Eye Exercises
Transitions® “Eye Exercises” are daily exercises that can be done at any time of the day, from morning to night. The external muscles of the eyes are the strongest in the human body and, like any other muscle, they must be exercised to keep them toned. A few minutes a day at home, in the office or in the shower, are enough to guarantee that the eye muscles stay in good shape by specific contraction and relaxation exercises.
3) Yoga for the Eyes
Everyone knows that yoga is beneficial for the body, but only Transitions® will help you discover that this discipline also makes an important contribution to vision wellbeing. The simple exercises in the Yoga program will relieve tension in the eye muscles and foster total relaxation.
4) Spa for the Eyes
To complete the Transitions® Vision Wellbeing Training, “Spa for the Eyes” are massage techniques that are ideal for relieving tiredness with exercises that relax the muscles and, at the same time, stimulate the oxygen- and nutrition-bearing circulation. After completing the massages, Transitions® ends the eye training program with invaluable suggestions about how to make the eye masks even more effective.
