Blackfin's Sun tells of the versatility of titanium

Blackfin reveals its new Sun collection for Spring-Summer 2024, a refined narrative that demonstrates the versatility of titanium, while at the same time offering a unified, coherent vision of the brand. Blackfin Sun embraces the various product families across-the-board with styles that express a clear stylistic identity.

Blackfin One introduces three new sun styles with bold personalities. The aesthetic choice to work with bold profiles is accentuated by a special laser-engraving technique that lightens the frame and creates texture along the lowered front. Masterful molding of the titanium block allows a distinctive design to emerge that enhances the features of the face. Vertigo has round lenses with a generous, high, top rim, while Horizon is distinguished by its sculpted square shape, reminiscent of the contours at the origin of Blackfin eyewear. Liberty, instead, is graced with soft, slightly elongated lines, a modern version of the classic cat-eye. The color palette alternates black with shades like dark green, blue, burgundy and mud, paired with solid-color or gradient lenses.

Cocktail lenses come to the trendiest Blackfin Pacific styles, like Mavericks, Sonoma, Pasadena and Tahoe, introducing yellow, green, light-blue and gold colors, for a sophisticated touch of glamour. Other frames, including Mavericks, are available with the innovative AirGlass lenses by Barberini, to ensure a superior visual experience and unequaled optical quality.

Blackfin Atlantic adds two new frames to its sun collection: the bold thicknesses typical of this line are featured in Harlem, with a panto shape, and the more squared Hampstead, strictly in black with gradient lenses.

All Blackfin frames are made in-house in Italy at the Black Shelter, the company’s CasaClima Work&Life certified sustainable headquarters, based on neomadeinitaly values.
