Certottica: Gender Equality and Inclusive Organizational Models. The “50&50 – Women and Men Towards an Equal Future” Project Kicks Off

A training program to support Veneto-based companies in building a more equitable and sustainable organizational culture.

 

Promoting gender equity and valuing diversity in the workplace: this is the goal of the “50&50 – Women and Men Towards an Equal Future” call for proposals, promoted by the Veneto Region with DGR No. 588 dated May 29, 2025, and funded through the European Social Fund Plus PR Veneto 2021–2027.

 

As part of this initiative, Certottica Group, in partnership with other key regional competence hubs, is launching the project “New Human-Centered Organizational Models”, a practical pathway designed to support local businesses in a process of cultural and organizational transformation. The aim is to promote more equitable, flexible, and sustainable work models through personalized, fully funded interventions that will take place over 18 months – from October 2025 to April 2027.

 

Tailored Programs for Companies Seeking Equitable Growth

 

The project is aimed at business owners, HR managers, and employees of participating companies, offering a training and consulting program structured around three strategic pillars:

  • Talent Management, to enhance diversity and create fair career development paths;

  • Performance Management, to strengthen flexible organizational models and inclusive leadership;

  • Diversity & Inclusion, with targeted support for obtaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification.

The project’s integrated approach is based on the belief that inclusivity should permeate every aspect of business life – from talent management to goal setting, from leadership to decision-making processes.

 

A Strategic Necessity for Companies

 

“This isn’t just about equity – it’s about well-being, shared growth, and the future,” says Corrado Facco, CEO of Certottica Group, emphasizing that “inclusivity is no longer an option but a strategic necessity for companies aiming to compete in the global market.”

 

He adds: “Every company can be a driving force for positive, generative change, capable of making an impact beyond its own boundaries. Social sustainability creates value not only within the organization, but across the entire local ecosystem.”

 

Interested companies may submit their application by 1:00 PM on July 7, 2025. Each program will be tailored to the specific needs of the company involved.
