Eyewear captivates spectators at the Venice Film Festival

Eyewear captivates spectators at the Venice Film Festival

Saturday 9 September brought the finale of the 80th Venice Film Festival, with a victorious result for the film “Poor Things!” by Greek director Yorgos Lànthimos. This “shoo-in” nonconformist Golden Lion winner was a hit with the international press. The film is based on the book of the same name written by Alasdair Gray, with the main character Bella Baxter (played by Emma Stone) representing a sort of ante litteram feminist.

Once again this year, Venice acted as a huge showcase not only for the cinema, but also for fashion and eyewear, which took a front-row seat.

Here we show you some of the looks seen on the red carpet.
