Italia Independent appoints Fidentiis Equities nomad and corporate broker and AIM Italia as market specialist.

Italia Independent Group S.p.A. announces – pursuant to Article No. 17 of the AIM Italia Rules – that the Board of Directors of the company has appointed the company Fidentiis Equities S.V. S.A. as Nominated Adviser and corporate broker, with effect from 18 December 2020.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors of the Company has conferred to the company MIT Sim S.p.A. as specialist for the AIM Italia market.
