OBE Group is expanding with a new manufacturing facility in Italy, operational from March 1, 2024. This move strengthens its position in the eyewear industry and its commitment to the luxury segment.
The expansion is made possible through the majority acquisition of OMM Srl., known for high-end eyewear components. “The synergy between OMM and OBE enhances product offerings and customer proximity which is a crucial step in our growing strategy. We aim to exceed an annual turnover of 50 million euros, highlighting a commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and global expansion,” said OBE.
