Elena Orsi Mazzucchelli

In her role as Group Product Development Manager, Elena Orsi Mazzucchelli leads her team contributing strategically to the evolution of a historic industrial company, while demonstrating a strong ability to understand and adapt to a world in constant movement and change guided by her creativity and international vision.

Member of the sixth generation of the Mazzucchelli family, she joined the company in 2009, building her expertise through hands-on experience and close collaboration with laboratories, production teams and clients. She plays a central role in Mazzucchelli 1849’s strategic development, strengthening ties with the creative and global fashion worlds and promoting a contemporary approach to materials.

Working closely with brands, designers and international partners, she anticipates market trends and drives innovation in eyewear and fashion materials. As a Board member, supported by her legal background, she contributes actively to strategic decision-making and to shaping the company’s present and future direction.
