Fedon faces the future with confidence
In an interview in Il Sole 24 Ore, Callisto Fedon, president of the group of the same name which produces eyewear cases and accessories, weighed up the decisions made over the past five years.
Specifically, Fedon expressed his satisfaction with the Second Marché listing in Paris (1998), when the group experienced visibility, credibility, the chance to deal with companies throughout the world and, above all, very much simpler bureaucratic procedures, considerable attention from executives and a clear-cut approach with analysts.
Callisto Fedon then commented on a market situation that is far from easy, but he stated that this year the group expected to exceed its objective of 58 million. In addition, the increase in margins for the next quarter should be between 30 and 40%.
Lastly, projects for the future include the doubling of the production facility in Romania, increased presence in the US and Japan, and a more significant presence in China.
