Persol pays homage to the cinema and Mastroianni

The brand that has always been linked to the world of cinema, Persol celebrates the Venice Film Festival with a new eyeglasses version of the model worn by Marcello Mastroianni in the movie, 'Divorce - Italian Style'.

This impeccably-styled legendary eyewear returns on the wake of a new taste for all things vintage, a balance between the classic and the avant-garde. Chic and vaguely snobbish, Persol model 2713-V is proposed in acetate, with a drop-shaped, slightly flattened front piece and the unmistakable key-shaped bridge.

They're the same size as the Sixties version, but lighter, more finely proportioned and the end result has all the flavor of a 'handmade', technologically-perfect object.

Persol model 2713-V, available in Havana, amber, quartz gray and green gray, will be in optical stores starting from October.
