Gianfranco Ferrè: new monobrand in New York
The new Gianfranco Ferré boutique in New York has been inaugurated: over 400 square meters on two floors and with six windows on 870 Madison Avenue at 71st Street.
The monobrand store presents the ready-to-wear collections for men and women, together with accessories, lingerie, beachwear, eyewear (produced by Allison) and perfumes.
The new store takes over from the previous boutique which has been at number 845 of the same street since 1993. The architectural concept, identified by the color red, provides for distinct sales areas dedicated to the different lines of products and features different furnishings and decor linked by continuity in size, shape and movement.
The first floor hosts the men's collection and accessories and has a flat 'floating' ceiling in red plasterwork. The upper floor, dedicated to women's fashion, also has a red plasterwork ceiling, but it is vaulted, which contributes to creating an atmosphere that is even more discreet and enveloping.
