It Holding is not giving up Allison

It Holding SpA categorically denies the news published last Friday by the magazine, Il Mondo, suggesting the transfer of Allison, one of Italy's leading eyewear producers which became part of the It Holding Group in 1999.

The weekly spoke about contacts between Tonino Perna, chairman and chief executive of It Holding, and investment banks Csfb and Morgan Stanley, to assess the possible divestment of the company.
