Legal suits between Optigen, Marchon and Eschenbach

Optigen today informed the press and his clients that in two legal suits pending before Tribunal of Milan, Italy, the first action lodged by Eschenbach versus Optigen, the second lodged by Optigen versus Marchon and Eschenbach, the Court Expert appointed by the Tribunal has provided to fill in case of two technical final technical reports, in which has stated that products commercialised by Optigen and disputed by Eschenbach and Marchon, being the object of those suits, are completely unrelated with Marchon European Patents 146.317 and 310.628, whose licensee for Europe is Eschenbach.
