Mido: vips on parade

A full line up of guests on day two of Mido.

This morning began with sports champions and Carrera brand testimonials Isolde Kostner and Stephan Eberharter at the Safilo stand. Their visit coincided with good wishes from Girolamo Sirchia to Vittorio Tabacchi, Safiilo President.

At noon, young Italian movie star Martina Stella made her appearance at the Luxottica stand. The actress is the testimonial for the Killer Loop line.

Very beautiful and very tall, Alena Seredova was a guest at the Marchon stand, while Beatrice Borromeo, Marta Marzotto's niece and testimonial for the Blumarine line, delighted visitors at the Visibilia stand.

And at the Safilo stand again in the afternoon, Marco Melandri of the Safilo Carrera Lcr team signed autographs for his fans.

Maurizio Margaglio, Olympic figure skating champion, visited Tecnoptic, the company that has recently been awarded the production and distribution of eyewear for the Turin Olympics in 2006.

Later, a big crowd at the VidiVici stand awaited the arrival of Vasco Rossi who presented the new sunglasses line with the 'Il Blasco' label. Former Passaparola showgirl, Alessia Fabiani, was also a VidiVici guest.

Lastly, visitors at the Safilo stand were able to see RadioDeejay's famous Dj, Albertino.
