New Pact collection from Mikli
The new eyewear collection by Alain Mikli is a Pact between light and shade. Black meets crystal in a chiaroscuro with no opacity, just moving, changing patterns depending on the angle and the light.
Thanks to the French designer's customary research into his favorite material, cellulose acetate, he has been able to create new models. The processing of 19 thousand tons of acetate has produced 190 thousand pairs of glasses, each one unique.
Black has been reinvented in ten styles (imaginaire, optique, impact, excuse, trompeur, supposé, chimère, fardé, double and semblant) for Mikli's leading models.
Black and white photographs by Perinne Anderson and Jean-Claude Wouters and still life by Philippe Plantrose, present the collection.
