Nitrotech, new ultra-light eyewear from Briko
The commitment of 9 people for 6 months has led to the creation of Nitrotech, the new sports eyewear from Briko that weighs just 17 grams.
The lightness of the new model is made possible by B-Soul technology (patent pending), first used in Formula One and applied exclusively by Briko for Nitrotech and Nitrotrace (two variants dedicated to the optics channel and the sports channel, respectively).
It is a procedure whereby injected Nitrogeno compresses the Grilamid against the sides of the mold to create an air chamber inside the frame, making it lighter and also more flexible and more resistant to mechanical stress.
When it designed Nitrotech and Nitrotrace, Briko created a product with essential lines that seem to derive from the strokes of compasses around the face shape. Slender, but at the same time a concentrate of technology, Nitrotrace, the version dedicated to athletes, is completed with a sweat band and a special cut of the lenses, which prevents the inconvenience of uncomfortable air movement.
Both models will take corrective Spazio by Sola Optical lenses.
