Scoiattoli Team, sponsored by Carrera, reaches K2 peaks

Tuesday, July 27 2004 is a day to be remembered - 50 years after Lino Lacedelli and Achille Compagnoni's historical climb of the world's second highest mountain, the team Scoiattoli from Cortina D'Ampezzo (also numbering Lino's nephew, Mario) has once again conquered the K2.

Following a long wait due to bad weather, the Scoiattoli planted their flag on the peak of the world's second highest mountain on a sunny day disturbed by no wind.
