Extè City, when fashion and cinema meet

Extè City, when fashion and cinema meet

It could be described as 'creative affinity' the link that joins the creators of Sin City, the movie by Robert Rodriguez based on the Frank Miller comic strip, to the new Extè campaign for fall-winter 2005.

Such ruthlessly bad and very bad guys could not be real. Daniela Urzi and Serafin Chouchoutas are the stars of the new Extè campaign photographed by Sean Ellis.

In a continuous crossover between shooting and cinema, the highly-talented British photographer (one of the ten top names compiled by the Independent) gave the best interpretation of Extè's energy, eroticism and sinful irony in shots that are surprisingly close to the 'black' atmosphere of the new cinema-comic strip.

Sin City is a story of sex and violence, seduction and murder, but the style is that of a drawing, a comic-strip film (the first in the history of movie-making). The Extè campaign is also a mixture of real models and the comic strip. In both cases, the inspiration is generally 'black', another cultural trend of the moment.
This triumph of up-to-date styles and trends could not be without the eyewear (produced by Allison) that distinguishes the territory of the contemporary Extè image with an even stronger graphic symbol.

The cinema and comic strip atmosphere also provide the inspiration for Extè events for next season.
