Maria di Ripabianca assesses licensees for perfumes and eyewear
Maria Bianconi who founded La Perugina knitwear company with her husband Vitaliano Quagliarini and whose Maria di Ripabianca label marked the history of the Umbria cashmere and wool district, told Finanza e Mercati about the entry of a new partner.
'In about twenty days, we should be finalizing an agreement with an important industrial partner', she stated. The opening up of capital for new partners will support the brand reinforcement project for updating and repositioning it also on international markets.
'The first results', the stylist said, 'will be seen already in 2005, with billings of around 17 million and Ebitda rising from 8 to 12% of revenue'. The aim is to achieve a turnover of 23-25 million in three years and profits of about 7% of billings.
Pambianco consultants are working on the company's re-launch and they'll also be assessing opportunities for developing Maria di Ripabianca licenses in the perfumes and eyewear sectors.
