Mido 2005 in 140 photographs
Mido 2005 ended little more than two weeks ago in a climate of careful optimism, thanks to the good turnout of visitors (39,278, +5.8% compared to 2004) and the extended exhibition area (132,000 square meters compared to the 130,000 in 2004), where 1,222 exhibitors presented 2,000 different brands of products.
It was the edition that confirmed Mido Sport and Mido Education (with a boom in enrolments which were 67% higher than in 2004) and the debut of Mido Kids, the area dedicated to glasses and lenses for children.
As always, during the four days of the fair, the numerous VIPs from the worlds of show business, sport and television animated the stands, and on Sunday the Workshop on progressive lenses, organized by the Vision Defense Council, was highly successful with the participants who also found it very entertaining thanks to the presence of Beppe Braida.
This and much more can now be seen in the 'Photogallery' published in Speciale Mido 2005, where you can 'browse' through the album and relive all the excitement of the fair.
