Mido Education: enrollment boom
At two days from the opening, the enrollments for certified Ecm courses at Mido Education are 50% higher than in 2004, the year Mido's targeted professional training initiative began.
Mido Education will open its doors May 7 with a program of 30 courses organized by Mido with the collaboration of prestigious partners: Aio - Association of Italian Opticians; Esa - European Sunglasses Association; Fabiano Editore; Federottica - National and Federal Association of Opticians and Optometrists; Irsoo - Regional Institute for Optical and Optometric Studies; Istituto Benigno Zaccagnini; Optical; Vca - Vision Council of America.
A teaching staff of international renown will be discussing a variety of subjects linked to the world of optics, with in-depth examinations of technical and scientific aspects, but also with a close eye on fashion trends, sales techniques, legal and tax regulations and marketing.
The courses will be held in the balcony rooms in pavilion 14 (America hall 1-2-3, Oceania hall and Europa hall) and each one lasts for 4 hours (from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.). Each course costs 54 euros, VAT included, which also covers the teaching materials made available for participants.
It is possible to enroll at the Exhibition itself, by logging on to www.midoeducation.com, or by calling toll-free on 800039741.
