Obe wins in two actions for the defense of its patents

Obe reports two victories in its expensive fight for the defense of its patents.

In an action against Kanghua in China, the German supplier of components for eyewear frames managed to assert its rights to a key patent for the automatic manufacture of spring mechanisms through stamping and punching (patent ZL 96191123.9).

Obe has also obtained a preliminary injunction in Korea against A-Tech, a company that was using its doubling action sealing bush (patent 0209185) on titanium spring hinges.
