Partnership between Oakley and Djibril Cisse
Oakley Europe has announced an eyewear partnership for 2005 with french football superstar Djibril Cisse, including Oakley's digital audio eyewear Thump.
The partnership, initially for 2005, includes the personal use of Oakley eyewear by Djibril, as well as advertising, public relations and marketing collateral for the launch of key eyewear styles throughout the European market.
Speaking from the Paris studio location of the first of three photo sessions for Riddle, Thump and GasCan with Djibril this week, Sports Marketing Rep Eric Minozzi said 'It's absolutely amazing to have Djib join the Oakley family this year and for us to be a part of his incredible program. The guy is totally legitimate whether on the football field, in the studio mixing or in the studio for his clothing label Club 9'.
