Tag Heuer as China Team partner

Tag Heuer, the Swiss producer of sports watches and chronographs, is sponsoring the China Team in the America's Cup 2007, the first challenger from China in the history of the Cup.

The association with the Asian team confirms Tag Heuer's global marketing strategy through which the company intends to build significant brand recognition on the Chinese market.

The members of the China Team will wear the new Tag Heuer chronograph, Aquaracer Calibre S, especially designed for sailing competitions and inspired by racing car totalizers. The China Team crew will also be wearing Curve sunglasses from Tag Heuers's Sport Vision collection, glasses that guarantee perfect vision thanks to their streamlined, figure-of-8 shape and ultra-sophisticated polarized lenses treated with an anti-glare and water-repellent coating specifically designed for water sports.

Tag Heuer is also a partner of the Formula 1 McLaren Team and endorser of champions as Tiger Woods (golf) and Maria Sharapova (tennis).
