Valentino Fashion Group in Stock Exchange

Borsa Italiana has arranged for the Stock Exchange admission of the Valentino Fashion Group , the clothing division of the Marzotto Group which includes the Valentino, Hugo Boss and Marlboro labels.

Entry on the Milan list (blue-chip segment) refers to the following financial tools: ordinary shares, convertible savings shares, Valentino Fashion Group non-convertible shavings shares. Mediobanca is the sponsor.

The start date for trading will be established in the next ruling by Borsa Italiana.
