Vca presents research into the American market at Mido

This year, Mido and the Vision Council of America will be offering an important in-depth study and the opportunity to have a preview of the trends that dominate the US market in 2005.

Taking place on Saturday, May 7 (2.30 pm), at the Asia hall, Pavilion 15, is the presentation (in English) of the Usa's Vision Watch Consumer Survey, an important sector research carried out by the Vision Council of America in 2004.

The research offers a general preview of the United States market, a comparison between 2004/2003, the sales trends and forecasts for the future. The survey is carried out annually on a panel of 100,000 American consumers, and gives a quarterly picture of the market trend for products and services in the optics sector: ophthalmic glasses, sunglasses, framed glasses, ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses, visits to opticians, and refractive surgery.
