5 new colors for Alux by Starck Eyes

The Alux range in the Starck Eyes collection created by designer Philippe Starck and Alain Mikli has been joined by five new acid colors. After opting for no colors to emphasize the exclusive material, the brand is now aiming at summery colors like aniseed green, turquoise and fuchsia.

The light and strong aluminum frames are characterized by a single piece and the total absence of soldering. The rubber-coated temples guarantee excellent heat insulation.

The frames are also fitted with Biolink, a biomechanical hinge that works like a micro collarbone. There are no screws and they guarantee better comfort and constant pressure on the temples.

The same technology is used for all Starck Eyes frames and is an integral part of the Biovision concept created by Philippe Starck and Alain Mikli: to create glasses inspired by the human body.
