Carrera on the podium in Shanghai

Safilo Group has proudly collected numerous wins with Carrera testimonials, at the Chinese Grand Prix, the fourth race of the Road Race World Championship 2006.

In 250 cc, Spaniard Hector Barbera conquered his first victory of the season on the Shanghai track and is currently in second position in the 250 cc class standing, with 69 points.

Also at the Chinese Grand Prix, Finnish Mika Kallio conquered first place in 125 cc, and is now at second place in the overall standing of his category, with 58 points.

Both riders wear the Flag 1 model of the Carrera sunglasses collection, developed by designer Enzo Sopracolle and inspired by the the 'Heritage' theme.
