Marcolin and Kenneth Cole renew licenses until 2011

Kenneth Cole Productions, designer based in New York City, and the Marcolin Group announced the renewal until 2011 of the license agreements for the production and distribution of Kenneth Cole New York, Kenneth Cole Reaction and Unlisted sunglasses, and the Kenneth Cole New York and Kenneth Cole Reaction vision frames.

The expected billings for the 2008-2011 period are equal to approximately 148 million dollars.

In August 2003, the parties signed a license agreement for the production and distribution in the US of the Kenneth Cole New York, Kenneth Cole Reaction and Unlisted sunglasses to the department store channel, specialist stores and Kenneth Cole New York outlets. In October 2004, a new license agreement was entered into for the production and distribution of Kenneth Cole New York and Kenneth Cole Reaction vision frames and sunglasses to the US optics channel. At the end of 2005, the parties extended the distribution of the collections to a worldwide level.
