Marcolin exhibits the exceptional and exclusive Ferrari FXX at Mido 2006
For the debut of the Ferrari Eyewear collection at Mido in Milan from May 5 through 8, Marcolin will be hosting the Maranello supercar par excellence at the exhibition area dedicated to Ferrari (Pav. 16/I - stand C15-21/D10-14). It's the Ferrari FXX, the successor to the legendary Enzo.
With only 29 examples in the world and destined for highly select clients, the FXX (6,262 cc, 800 HP, maximum speed of 345 km/h) is used exclusively on racetracks and is part of a specific research and development plan created by Ferrari with the collaboration of its most loyal and enthusiastic clients.
The FXX is not designed to be driven on the road, it will not be used in competitions, and it has never before been exhibited at fairs outside the sector: a truly unique opportunity to admire this dream car which has a price tag of 1.5 million euros.
'For the debut of Ferrari Eyewear at Mido, we wanted to create an environment that is in line with the concept of the collection: sporting luxury made up of design, technology and exclusiveness. The FXX is the maximum expression of this concept', the Group's Chief Executive Maurizio Marcolin said.
Also Sunday, May 7, the large LED screen inside the Ferrari stand and plasma screens in the lounge area will be showing the Grand Prix live from Germany.
