Trevi Coliseum 35-year celebrations at Mido
Trevi Coliseum will be celebrating at Mido (Pav. 15/I - Stand C43-47) its 35 years of tradition and innovation. Set up in 1971, Trevi Coliseum has always been a benchmark for the Italian optics market and has developed products aimed at meeting the requirements of a more demanding public.
With two production facilities at Domegge di Cadore and Longarone, the company has created collections that will satisfy any market requirements.
It's core product is also the company's historical brand: the large and constantly updated Clark line ranges from glasses for children to reading glasses. The section for young people offers up-to-date design in plastic and metal, and the classical section is for a more mature public that does not focus exclusively on the super-luxury of designer labels, but excellent products with everlasting style.
The jewels in Trevi Coliseum's crown are the Cotton Club and Olivieri Studio collections. Style in acetate and the bright colors dictated by current market trends are prevalent in both, but the Olivieri Studio line gives a higher importance to 'wearable eccentricity'.
Mido will represent a great occasion to launch the new trends and, in particular, the models in different materials with innovative combinations: special Mazzucchelli plates are combined with striking colors and exclusive metal components. In the Coliseum collection the classical vision/sun models are also to be mentioned. They can take progressive lenses.
According to Renato Valmassoi, Trevi Coliseum president and founding partner, the objectives for 2006 are to build up the direct distribution networks in European markets, and to develop the Asian markets, where Trevi Coliseum has recently entered into important sales agreements.
