VidiVici Occhiali is ten years old
A new perception of eyewear is identified by the neologism 'pop couture', in other words, high-fashion design available to everyone; an avant-garde project strictly linked to reality (cultural, economical and social), to being a globetrotter; an alternative and sensational communication strategy. An approach that has allowed VidiVici Occhiali to expand exponentially and in ten years to achieve the consensus of the retail world and the public.
1996-2006: an important anniversary which has included the transfer to new premises at Anzola in Emilia. Since January 2006, its head office has been at Tenuta Melloni, a fascinating historical estate dating back to the first half of the 18th century. It has been returned to its previous magnificence by painstaking and important restoration work which included everything from the amazing gardens to the elegant interiors, precious stuccoes and frescoes. The contemporary interior décor is a play on opposites, where each element highlights period details and enhances the time-honored, sophisticated atmosphere.
On April 30 and May 1 VidiVici will present Villa Melloni and the 2006 collections to all its clients, friends, collaborators, travel companies, journalists, the press and TV. An international meeting that is also a party, with personalities and VIPs from the world of show business and sport who have always been close to the Danzi family: from Vasco Rossi to Ramona Badescu and Diego Conte, from Cesare Cremonini to Jimmy Ghione, from Antonella Elia to Ascanio, from Ciccio Graziani to Giulio Golia, from Marco Mazzocchi to the VidiVici Occhiali Bologna basketball team.
The packed program will start at 6pm with performances by Eva Robin's, Momix and A. Mc. Allan, world-famous drag queen and opera singer, live music, fireworks and, late at night, DJ set.
VidiVici Occhiali will also present '10 anni', a limited edition of a book that will be sent to its major clients. In pure VidiVici style, the book covers the events that have marked the past 10 years, talks about corporate philosophy, turning points, innovations, with anecdotes and a summary of the Bolognese company's vast archive of photographic materials.
