After a brilliant start to the championship, the 'Vu Nere' (Black Vs) opened 2007 with a memorable victory, outclassing Angelico Biella at home. The first match of the year was straightforward: Bologna's lead was clear from the start, ending after 40 minutes.

Equally worthy are the girls trained by Marcello Abbondanza, who now find themselves fighting for first place in the table, in Division A of the women's volleyball league, after a difficult win that made the match all the more gripping.

Another thrilling, memorable match saw the Materdomini Volley team prevail in the derby against Abasan. After a first set below par, the leader of the list in the A2 men's volleyball league managed to take control of the match and bring home another victory.
