Passion At First Sight
Emporio Armani Eyewear is launching an on-line search for an emerging music video director through its new Passion At First Sight competition, which will go live on the internet at www.passionatfirstsight.com on Wednesday 13th June. Open to entrants from the United States, United Kingdom, France and Germany, the challenge is to create the most original music video to accompany a music track created by the virtual DJ at the site. The winning director will receive two all inclusive tickets for the always memorable end-of-summer weekend parties in Ibiza this September.
Visit the website and try to win them. When you land on www.passionatfirstsight.com you will be projected into a cool fashionable disco. The DJ, in a director's booth, welcomes the user and plays host, saying that he has composed a sure hit and has found a Sponsor to back him - Emporio Armani Eyewear. So, he is seeking a director to bring his song to life through video images.
Accept the challenge, download the song, produce a video with any media - video camera, mobile phone or a camera - and upload it following the instructions. The DJ himself will select the videos he deems best. These will then be published on the website's video gallery, where everyone can both view and vote.
The only requisite, apart from being resident in one of the four participating countries, is to highlight a 'virtual' image of an Emporio Armani Eyewear style published on the website in a downloadable file. Would-be directors need only to print the style they prefer and feature it on their video to participate in the contest.
On Wednesday 15th August, the closing date for the competition, everyone will be able to view the official video clip of the song Passion At First Sight on the website.
