Renewal of agreement between Visibilia S.p.A. and Trussardi S.p.A.

The renewal of the multi-year agreement is for the production and worldwide distribution of vision and sun eyewear with the Trussardi Eyewear brand. An important decision that strengthens both parties' desire to stimulate a new and decisive development stage and, above all, confirms the significant entrepreneurial confidence that dates back to 1997. Thanks to the brand's stylistic strength and Visibilia's commercial dynamism, for 2006 Trussardi eyewear can boast overall growth in excess of 38%.
The aim for the next two-year period is a further increase of 25% in Italy and abroad.

Visibilia S.p.A. president Dan Emanuel Levi commented: 'We are pleased about the renewal of the agreement, it gives me personal satisfaction and encourages us to achieve new goals. The Trussardi brand has always represented one of the major strong points of our commercial business and we believe that the huge stylistic value of its image will lead to a new stage in worldwide development'.

Beatrice Trussardi stated: 'We aim at growth through an ambitious plan for Italy and elsewhere, but especially in the countries that are of key importance for our distribution. We have established shared and important objectives with Visibilia in terms of visibility and billings, which we are confident will be achieved, and if possible exceeded, in a continually-evolving and highly competitive market. The development of the collections will see increasing attention to technological innovation, detail and product design in line with our company's style and DNA.'
