In white or black, model 342 is lightweight but it's also very strong thanks to the Grilamid frame.

The lenses come in two versions: polarizing and photochromic.

Polarizing lenses - The base 9 off-center polarizing lenses are in UV STOP polycarbonate and guarantee perfect, safe vision by eliminating reflected light from water.If natural light is not polarized its rays spread in all directions. When this light is reflected from flat surfaces like wet roads, snow, water, etc., it creates horizontal and vertical waves. Polarized light is reflected and polarizing lenses separate useful vertical light from horizontal white light and they absorb the horizontal reflected rays to eliminate glare. Glare is ten times brighter than ordinary light, it distorts colors, changes the perception of depth and alters vision quality.
