Oxford team dominates the Boat Race
A great win for Oxford University - for the fifth year running one of the Rudy Project teams - against traditional rivals Cambridge in the 154th Boat Race. The annual challenge on the River Thames is between the crews of England's two most prestigious universities. Oxford, the favorite, completed the 6,800 meter course in 20'13", pulling ahead to leave Cambridge well behind by a full minute.
The Oxford team crossed the finishing line wearing Zyon Sailing eyewear with ImpactX photochromic and polarized lenses, the top of the 2008 collection by the Veneto company which guarantee an unprecedented level of protection and comfort. In a race made more complicated by wind and rough water, Zyon Sailing's special side shields were particularly useful for protecting the eyes from wind and water spray as well as annoying side reflections.
