ANCI: new appointment mid February

At this particular moment in Italy’s economy, the Associazione Nazionale Calzaturifici Italiani (Italian Association of Footwear Manufacturers - ANCI) has decided to add a new appointment in 2009.

"Despite the macro and micro economic information available, we are aware that it is particularly difficult for companies to interpret this moment” stated ANCI president Vito Artioli. “This is why we have decided to add a new appointment this year when we will provide more extensive economic information for the sector. In Rome mid February, we will organize a moment of reflection on sector competiveness, which will also be an opportunity to measure the pulse of the first weeks of 2009. In this competitive scenario the appointment will be even more important".
