Full house for Vision Business Forum!
With the exhibition area now fully booked, the Vision Business Forum, which has just received the support also of Rome City Council, is beginning to show the signs of success.
Thanks to the commitment of Anfao, the Italian Association of Optical Goods Manufacturers, and the communication and promotion work organized by the Fabiano Group, almost 60 companies representing the entire sector have confirmed their participation.
Designed with the help and expertise of Mido, the exhibition layout in the foyer of the Hilton includes the Assogruppi area where individual groups have lounges for meeting visitors, secretarial and registration areas and a help desk.
Islands for exhibitors are in the hall opposite those in the Cavalieri, which hosts the auditorium, the Vision Business Forum plenary hall. Next to it is the area for sampling the wines offered by the Piedmont region.
Currently, the Vision Business Forum is focusing on participation by Italian opticians and optometrists: first in line are the Assogruppi Ottica associate groups, which are working on involving their affiliates. Also to be mentioned are the efforts by Federottica, which invites participation through Ottica Italiana, and the widespread communication work by the entire organization.
It is important to remember that the exhibition area is accessible also by those who do not have enough time to devote to the meetings: all they have to do is register on the website, or complete the card sent to all Italian opticians and optometrist with the program or in trade publications, Vision Business Forum’s media partners. Anyone who decides at the last minute to take part can register at the Hilton.
