Nau! and Legambiente protect the environment together

The new NAU! collections of sunglasses and vision frames in recycled plastic will be worn by the Goletta Verde team during June, July and August when they will sail along Italy’s coasts to protect this great natural heritage.

The NAU! vision and sun collections in recycled plastic are totally produced in Italy by recovering the normal waste from the production of eyewear and giving it new life. These environment-friendly frames are wraparound with attractive lines in the latest fashion and top quality materials and lenses. All NAU! sunglasses are fitted with lenses that give protection from UV rays in accordance with current European standards.

In addition to the sun collection, the important new additions this year are “Coccinella” and “Woody”, two new vision models made in recycled acetate, a material derived from the cotton cellulose used to make top-quality eyewear.
