Oakley: special edition for Andrea Dovizioso

Andrea Dovizioso, the 23-year-old from Romagna, began his career at 16 in the 125cc class World Championships and won the title two years later in 2004 on a Honda RS125R-W.
The following year, he moved to the 250cc class and won various races. He debuted in MotoGP in 2008, first in a Honda satellite team and this year as official rider in the Repsol Honda team, one of the most prestigious and competitive in all the world championships.

Dedicated to the rider and his talent are Oakley’s Oil Rig. This decisive eyewear with strong lines uses the High Definition Optics® (HDO®) technology for extremely sharp and comfortable vision.

Made in black O-Matter®, a very light and ultra-strong material, the eyewear features the Oakley icon in orange, in honor of his team colors, set into the temples in a geometrical, three-dimensional design.

The Oakley lenses are in Plutonite®, a patented, ultra-strong material that protects eyes also from impacts at high speed and gives 100% protection from UV rays and the harmful blue light.
XYZ Optics® technology also guarantees maximum optical definition over the entire lens and the Iridium® mirroring treatment regulates the passage of light in any conditions.
