Vidivici Occhiali Srl bankruptcy

In the name of the trustee, Monica Golfera, Section IV of the Civil Bankruptcy Court of Bologna, the following communication has been issued regarding Vidivici, the bankrupt eyewear company of Bologna, and Hvlc, which leased the branch of the company last November
«In agreement with the Official Receiver, Dr. Pasquale Liccardo, the bankrupt company Vidivici Occhiali S.r.l. stated in the record dated 08 May 2009 that the company owned by the latter has been reinserted in the procedure following the annulment of the leasing contract. At the current status of the procedure, all customer services will be guaranteed by those still in the employ of the company (in the photo) at 76 Via Emilia, Anzola dell’Emilia (Bologna), within limits that are compatible with the aims of the procedure and the current compendium. Any information differing from that provided by the procedure bodies is therefore unfounded and will be the subject of actions to protect the interests of creditors. The procedure bodies are evaluating the possibility liquidating the assets subject of the receivership as quickly as possible in order to fully protect the interests of creditors. The decisions will be communicated immediately in the form and in accordance with the methods provided for by law».
