Carve Eyewear Signs Adam Robertson

Adam is a 2 time winner of the trials at the prestigious Rip Curl Bells beach event held over Easter each year, in 2009 he surfed all the way to the finals, placing second in a very close final to Joel Parkinson.

His goals this year include competing on the WQS and with good results aims to move up to the WT, he also has a couple of trips planned to score some waves and hopefully some shots.

Carve director Matt Whyte said, "Adam is the perfect fit for our brand, he is known for his style and powerhouse carves and we welcome him as a marquee surfer to our ever growing team".

Adam will appear in his first ad for the company in the upcoming May issue of Tracks, the space themed ad campaign has been met with enthusiasm in the surf industry and surfing public, Adam has rightly scored himself a double page to welcome him to the team.

Former Bells winner and Carve team ambassador Trent Munro said "How great it is to have the Victorian on the team, i have witnessed the progress of his surfing for many years and it's now good to see the hard work is paying off, he really is an excellent addition to our stall of team surfers & looks forward to working with him".

Trent also spoke about how he will be working with Adam on a series of training programs with the Carve grom team later this year, the training will also include tips & guidance from former top 44 rider Drew Courtney.

The Carve crew wish Adam all the best at the Bells event this year and hopefully Adam can ring the winners bell on what will be a very special 50th year of the event. Welcome to the team.
