Eurom1 website now online

EUROM 1, the European federation of optical industry bodies that represents Italy, France, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Greece and new member Austria, has recently activated a new portal that was strongly urged by federation president Vittorio Tabacchi and which contains comprehensive information about the federation and the initiatives it promotes.

The website is totally devoted to a federation that is increasingly attentive to analyzing issues in the optical sector at both European and international levels and possible solutions for greater development of the optical industry.

The site includes an institutional section open to all visitors, who can contact Eurom1, the associations in each country represented, and other national and international bodies in the sector.

A second area is for use by Federation members. It will enable them to keep in contact by continually exchanging information and experiences in the optical market, in addition to investigating problems and market trends in individual countries.

In this area it will be possible also to share the numerous subjects handled by eye care and protection bodies. With all the tools in their possession, CDV, ASNAV, KGS, Vision y Vida and Eyes Health Alliance are involved in safeguarding one of our most precious senses: sight.

As well as being an information tool, this site is destined to become a means for facilitating ever-increasing interaction between association members.
